- Teams of 5 youth and 1
adult (21 or older) are
accepted for Junior High and
Senior High youth events.
Teams may contain fewer
members. Larger groups may
be accepted if space
permits.
- At least one adult of
each sex must attend if the
group consists of both girls
and boys.
- Youth must have
completed 6th grade to
attend a Junior High event
and must have completed 9th
grade to attend a Senior
High event. For
Intergenerational events,
all participants must be age
10 or over.
- Space at events is not
guaranteed until the team’s
deposit is paid in full and
the team contact person has
received confirmation in
writing from Harvest of Hope
staff. After turning in a
completed application and
$25 per person deposit, the
group leader will receive a
letter of acceptance. If
space is not available at
the event, the group leader
will be contacted and be
given the option to add to a
waiting list for the event.
- The
$25 per person deposit is
nonrefundable. However, new
team members can be
substituted in to vacant
spots at no additional
charge if advance notice of
the changes is given to
Harvest of Hope staff. If
all reserved spaces will not
be filled by your group,
please let Harvest of Hope
staff know as soon as
possible so that the waiting
list can be called.
