The Society of St. Andrew salvages fresh produce that would go to waste, donating it to feed people who might otherwise go hungry. The SoSA Western Headquarters works with farmers, growers and other produce handlers located west of the Mississippi River to salvage their culled or graded-out produce, which we then package and/or transport to the food banks and agencies that feed people in need across the country, but primarily west of the Mississippi River.
