Gleaning a harvest - October 8 in the Lynchburg VA News & Advance - an extensive front page article on gleaning during the Apple Pickin' Jamboree. Depicts gleaning in the orchard, and follows apples to distribution, some of it as applesauce at the Salvation Army.
